Today the contractor came to shower the sheep.  This helps prevent flies, lice and ticks attacking them.   Ten sheep are placed inside the shower and a rotating boom sprays overhead first for a minute then this is turned off and jets then spray the sheep from underneath for a minutes.  They then are released into a draining area where most of them have a good shake!  After a few minutes they are off back into the field to dry.
